Cancellation Policy

If you or your dog are injured, are not feeling well, or life just get's in your way, it is free to reschedule your service. Any cancellation within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge in the original fee. Any no call, no show to any appointment will result in a 100% charge in the original fee.
